Maintel Holdings Plc (MAI) Announces Interim Results For H1 2019

The company’s revenues were down 3% year over year to £64.5 million, with recurring revenues at 69% of total revenues compared to 70% in the year-ago period. Gross margin came in higher at 29% compared to 27% in the corresponding period of the previous year. Net debt was at £24.2 million compared to £25.5 million as on December 31, 2018. The company has proposed an interim dividend of 15.1 pence per share.
